The gin is produced in Westmorland, where the distillery sources botanicals for a composition weighted toward bright citrus and floral notes, departing from the juniper-dominant architecture of classic London Dry.

The botanical bill emphasizes Seville orange peel, lemon, and elderflower alongside traditional juniper, coriander seed, and cassia bark. Distillation occurs in copper stills, with the Icelandic water integration occurring post-distillation—a technique that reduces harshness and allows delicate top notes to surface without dilution artifacts.
