Hoxton Gin launched in London with an explicit mission to disrupt the juniper-dominant orthodoxy of British gin — the original Hoxton Gin replaced juniper as the lead botanical with coconut and grapefruit, and the Pink expression carries that same transgressive brief. Distilled in London, the spirit uses a base of neutral grain alcohol redistilled with a botanical bill in which coconut and grapefruit are the structural pillars rather than supporting players. The pink colour and added sweetness come from the inclusion of raspberry and hibiscus, macerated into the distillate post-production, giving the gin its blush hue without artificial colouring. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is not chill-filtered to a harsh degree, preserving the softer, fruit-forward texture. What sets this expression apart within the pink gin category is the coconut backbone — virtually no other mass-market pink gin uses tropical botanicals as a primary flavour driver alongside berry fruit. The result is a gin that reads more as a tropical-floral spirit than a classic London Dry, best appreciated cold where the hibiscus and raspberry florals lift cleanly above the coconut base.
