Gordon's has distilled gin in London since 1769, and the original recipe — juniper-led, dry, and built for mixing — remains the backbone of every expression in the range. Pink Dry Gin extends that foundation by macerating real strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant into the base spirit rather than using artificial flavouring, a deliberate choice that keeps the liquid within the legal definition of gin while delivering visible blush colour and natural fruit character.

The spirit is produced at Cameronbridge Distillery in Scotland (the primary production site for the brand at scale), retaining the London Dry-adjacent botanical bill — juniper, coriander, angelica root, and citrus peel — before the fruit maceration stage is applied post-distillation. Bottled at 37.5% ABV, it sits at the lower end of the gin spectrum, softening the juniper edge and making the berry fruit more immediately accessible. The result is a gin that breaks from the London Dry category rule (no post-distillation addition of flavour) — which is why it is labelled Pink Gin rather than London Dry. Best served over ice with tonic, the fruit notes remain stable and the dryness of the original botanical structure keeps sweetness in check.
