It has a floral and fruited bouquet, with notes of peach and pear and acacia flowers and tropical fruits scents. The taste is soft, persistent, with a sapid and mineral final. It is perfect if drunk fresh as aperitif or in combination with white meat, vegetables and aging cheeses.
