Chardonnay / Vermentinu

A wine with fairly bold golden colour with shades of green, becoming translucent towards the edge of the glass. Fresh with an aromatic structure typical of the both grapes, hazelnuts, almonds, green apples and pears. On the palate, same fruity flavours as in the nose. The wine has a nice length with a lovely minty zestiness and a hazelnut finish. Finesse and elegance can be found in this wine throughout the tasting. Oysters, Seafood salad, salmon in a dill sauce, fried sole, steamed turbot, scallops, goats cheese. Serve chilled (10-12°C).
