Origin : San Carlos, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. La Consulta Reserva wines come from high altitude, low-yielding vineyards in the Uco Valley wine region. Hand-harvested and selected grapes from 15 to 20 March each year.

Tasting notes : Enticing aromas with hints of peach pit, flowers, and orange citrus fruit. On the palate it has a beautiful structure and acidity along with enticing fruit flavours that keep you coming back for another sip and plenty of body for. Fruity, floral and yet still quite dry wine.

Serving suggestions : Serve chilled (8°-10°C) as an aperitif, with smoked meats, mild to medium-strong cheeses, and seafood. Great partner for spicy food and Thai as well. Drink now or keep for 2 years.
