Prosecco DOC (200 ml)
฿
Vigna Nuova sources Glera from the broader Prosecco DOC zone across the Treviso and Venezia plains, where alluvial soils — a mix of clay, silt, and gravel deposits laid down by glacial runoff — retain just enough moisture to keep yields moderate without sacrificing the grape's natural aromatic lift. The flat terrain and continental microclimate, tempered by Adriatic breezes, produce Glera with high natural acidity and delicate floral character.
Fermentation follows the Charmat (autoclave) method: after primary fermentation, the base wine undergoes a second fermentation in pressurized stainless-steel tanks, preserving the grape's fresh aromatics and producing fine, persistent bubbles. The wine is bottled young, without extended lees contact, to lock in its primary fruit profile. No oak is used at any stage.
The 200 ml single-serve format is the defining feature here — rare for a DOC Prosecco and designed to deliver a freshly opened glass without oxidation compromise. Drink within the current release year for maximum perlage intensity and aromatic precision.
