A Sweet Classic from Piedmont’s Hills On the limestone hills of Castiglione Tinella, the Caudrina estate has long been a guardian of traditional Moscato. “La Selvatica” takes its name from the surrounding landscape—a nod to the untamed character of the Moscato Bianco grape.

Grown on steep, sun-kissed slopes, the grapes retain purity and fragrance. The winemaking preserves these aromatics through gentle pressing and fermentation in pressurized tanks, creating a naturally sweet, gently sparkling wine.
