Contadi Castaldi's Franciacorta Brut Rosé is a refined sparkling wine from Lombardy's premier méthode classique region. Blending 65% Chardonnay with 35% Pinot Nero, this non-vintage cuvée delivers a pale salmon hue and persistent fine bubbles characteristic of the appellation.

On the nose, dominant strawberry and red fruit aromas mingle with bright citrus and delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp and elegant, with primary berry fruit supported by secondary brioche and toast complexity from extended aging on the lees. A mineral, slightly chalky finish provides structure and food-friendliness.

This is a versatile aperitif and food wine, equally at home with oysters, soft cheeses, or Asian small plates.
