Cuvee Vaux Sekt Brut

This sparkling is made from three different grapes: Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir is responsible for the back-bone, the Riesling for the elegancy and the Pinot Noir for the softness and creamyness. In the nose you have a fine and subtile fruit - remaining of pears, appels and melones with a fine hint of the aromas from traditionel method.
