This wine has an aging on lees for five years. Assembly from the three traditional Champagne grape varieties and reserve wines, this wine shows strong effervescence feeds a cord persistent white foam. The buttercup yellow dress with bright luster. The nose is powerful and elegant wine with candied fruit aromas and toasted almonds. Its complexity is expressed by a touch of roasted coffee and gingerbread with a final, a hint of liquorice. After an attack in frank and delicate mouth, then an elegant and structured palate, the finish is long and soft (toast).
