E. Michel Champagne Brut is composed of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. The wine stores with gærresterne for at least 20 months before the precipitate was removed by disgorging (only 15 months is required), giving a Champagne with greater finesse and detail, and an additional fine mousse. The fragrance offers inviting fruity tones with a small floral touch. The flavor is rich and generous.
