The vineyard's southerly aspect and maritime influence create conditions that favour phenolic maturity without excessive alcohol accumulation—a signature of cool-climate Australian Shiraz production.

The fruit undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, preserving aromatic definition before 12 months' maturation in French oak (proportion of new wood not specified in available technical data).
