Catena D.V. Historico is a refined Malbec-dominant blend from Argentina's high-altitude Cafayate region in Salta. Composed of 85% Malbec and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 15 months in new French oak, this wine delivers a harmonious balance of ripe dark fruit, subtle spice, and smooth tannin structure. Aromas of blackberry, plum, and cocoa lead to a medium-full palate with mineral undertones and violet complexity. A sophisticated expression of Argentine terroir suited to premium red meat dishes and aged cheeses.
