Alma Negra is a Malbec-dominant blend from Ernesto Catena Vineyards in Mendoza, combining Malbec, Bonarda, and Petit Verdot. Aged 15 months in new French oak, the wine displays ripe blackberry and plum on the nose, with supporting notes of cocoa, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, medium-full body and smooth, structured tannins frame dark fruit and earth, finishing with subtle violet complexity. A polished, food-friendly Argentine red suited to grilled meats and aged cheeses.
