Adulation Zinfandel

A classic California Zinfandel expressing the varietal's signature dark fruit intensity and peppery spice. Blackberry and plum dominate the palate, supported by black pepper and subtle oak influence. Medium-full body and medium-high tannins provide structure and grip, making this wine an excellent match for grilled meats, BBQ, and hearty braised dishes. Approachable now, with enough backbone for short-term cellaring.
