Tua Rita's Redigaffi is a single-varietal Merlot from the Suvereto subregion of Tuscany, crafted to showcase the grape's ripe fruit character and winemaking refinement. The 2020 vintage displays dominant black cherry and plum on the nose, supported by oak-derived vanilla and cocoa notes that add complexity without overwhelming the fruit. Medium-full body and balanced tannins make this wine approachable yet structured, with subtle earth and tobacco undertones emerging on the finish. A versatile red suited to grilled meats, braised dishes, and Mediterranean cuisine.
