Granmonte Heritage Syrah is a 100% Syrah expression from Thailand's Khao Yai region, Asoke Valley. The wine displays a medium-full body with balanced medium tannins and acidity, anchored by dominant dark plum and blackberry fruit on the primary palate. Black pepper and smoke notes emerge on the secondary layer, adding complexity and savory depth. Subtle earth and leather undertones suggest modest age-worthiness. This is a food-friendly red wine suited to grilled meats, lamb, and braised dishes.
