Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium plum red, hints of violet with good depth. Lifted red fruits, complexed with spicy notes of toasted oak. Blackberry and plum fruit flavours dominate upfront. It then leads with some spicy notes of cinnamon and clove. The soft acid and ripe tannins result in a smooth medium to full bodied wine. The length is generous and the finish is persistent. Enjoy with hearty red meat dishes such as lamb or beef.
