Castello Banfi's Aska Bolgheri DOC is a Bordeaux-style red blend anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, sourced from the prestigious Bolgheri terroir in Tuscany. The wine displays a medium-full body with medium-high tannins and balanced acidity, offering dark plum and blackcurrant on the nose alongside cedar and black pepper notes. Secondary oak influence adds subtle spice and structure, while tertiary minerality and dried herb complexity emerge with air.
