Les Pensées de la Tour Carnet is the second wine of Château La Tour Carnet, a Haut-Médoc estate with deep Bordeaux heritage. This 2015 vintage blends 56% Merlot with 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, anchored by Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc for complexity and aging potential.
The wine opens with ripe dark plum and black cherry, layered with cassis and subtle cedar. Mid-palate tannins are refined and integrated, with tobacco leaf and graphite minerality adding tertiary complexity. The structure is classic Bordeaux—medium-full bodied with balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
