TERROIR

Natura Nostrum is an organic wine vinified in the utmost respect of the environment. Maison Louis Max gives great importance to organic viticulture : we own more than 200 hectares of vineyards in the South of France (Chateau Pech Latt and Domaine la Lyre), farmed organically and certified by Ecocert. Our knowledge of the vineyards of the South of France was key in finding the terroir for this elegant and aromatic organic wine.

Syrah, Grenache

WINEMAKING

Harvest at optimal maturation of the grapes, strictsorting before the vinification and traditional fermentation.

WINE TASTING

Deep dark red in colour, with purple reflections. Aromas of black berries (blueberry, blackberry) and cherry. In the mouth, this wine is round and well- balanced, with a long finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Pairs well with roasted red meats, pork stew, game meat and strong cheeses.
