Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon

A perfect vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon from Northern Paso Robles grapes creating Mature berry fruit flavors in a classic Coastal Cabernet Sauvignon. After American oak barrel aging for 8 months, the wine shows wonderful spices and has a delictible hint of toasted oak on the nose. This release will satisfy the consumer upon release but will continue to improve for many years to come.
