The blend is aged 18 months in French oak (40% new), a restrained cooperage regime that allows terroir expression over wood dominance. Cabernet Sauvignon forms the backbone, supported by Merlot and Petit Verdot in proportions that shift vintage to vintage. The estate practices selective harvesting and gravity-fed vinification to minimize extraction.
