Vineyards : La Marega vineyard, located in Fumane, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica

Wine making : Careful selection of grapes during manual harvest, followed by natural drying process for approximately 4 months.

Wine aging : 36 months in Slavonian oak cask (70%) and barrique (30%), 8 months in bottle. Long lasting wine, could be enjoyed for 25 years.

Wine pairing : Roasted, grilled meat, game, aged cheese, risotto with amarone or red chicory.

Wine serving temperature : 18°C/ 64°F. Best to open one hour ahead of serving
