Winery Tasting note:

Deep red in color with a bouquet brimming with intense aromas of plums, morello cherries, chocolate and cassis. Well-structured on the palate, with concentrated flavors of red fruit and sweet tannins.

Pair with: Beef  in any of its cuts, oven grilled and accompanied by pepper sauce and peppered mashed potato. Different spicy and peppery sausages, especially if accompanied by an olive baguette and Dijon mustard.
