Deep ruby red with blackberry hues. Full, lasting and very persistent; a pleasing blend of red berry, vanilla and licorice, with grassy notes that are typical of the grape. The palate is smooth, harmonious and intense, expressing in its complexity the sweet vanilla of the oak, as well as decisive hints of confectionery and spice. Food pairing unparalleled companion to wild game and seasoned cheeses. Serving temperature is 16°-18° C.
