SENSORY PROPERTIES :

Colour: Deep ruby red.

Aroma: The bouquet is intense, delicate and characteristics. It shows intense notes of ripe plum followed by delicate scents of fresh meadow flowers. Spicy sensations with hints of leather and nutmeg complete the bouquet offering depth and elegance.

Tasting profile: At the palate it is round. The tannins are steady yet velvety and, as characteristic of the Montepulciano area, they soon fade into smooth sensations. Full-bodied, the final is persistent and satisfying with a fruity aftertaste that it is almost sweet but balanced by an important freshness.
