Jericho Classic Whisky (700 ml)

A blended malt based on the research into the Jericho distillery by The Lost Distillery Company. They find out all they can about long-closed distilleries and use that information to try and create a representation of what the whisky could have tasted like - which is awesome, by the way. The Jericho distillery was producing whisky between 1824 and 1913, but its isolation eventually meant that it ended up closing.

Aroma: Cinnamon rolls, smokey peanut shells, a touch of cherry liqueur.

Palate: Peat sits in the background on the palate, letting vanilla and burnt sugar take centre stage.

Finish: A lingering hint of poached pear.
