Towiemore Vintage Whisky (700 ml)

The Lost Distillery Company Towiemore Vintage Collection Batch 2 is a blended malt malt that comes close to the single malts from the Towiemore distillery over 100 years ago. The Lost Distillery Company started in 2013 with reproducing this lost malts. This is a vintage version between 18 and 25 years old bottled in the 2nd batch.

The Towiemore Distillery was founded in 1898 by whisky trader Peter Dawson. It was located in Btriphnie, Dufftown (Speyside), and was a supplier to the King of Spain. Despite that the distillery closed in 1931 due to a shortage in water supply.

Appearance: Rouge.

Aroma : Mature dried fruit notes, banoffee pie pops out and marmalade pudding with winter spices.

Taste :Rich creamy milk chocolate at first, then baked oranges with soft wood spices flows across the palate.

Finish : After the spices, herbaceous notes give way to a creamy and balanced finish
