Johnnie Walker Blue Label Capsule Series by Tom Dixon (700 ml)
฿9,999
When John Walker opened his Kilmarnock grocery in 1820, his tea-blending instinct — that combining across origins eliminates batch variation — became the founding logic of an entire category. Blue Label is where that logic reaches its most selective extreme: master blender Dr. Emma Walker (the first woman to hold the role in the brand's 200-year history) approves only 1 in every 10,000 casks in Diageo's reserve of approximately 10 million barrels for inclusion. The blend draws from rare, hand-selected malt and grain whiskies across Speyside, Highland, Islay, and Lowland distilleries — including occasional whiskies from permanently closed 'ghost distilleries' such as Brora and Port Ellen, making Blue Label one of the only commercially available vehicles for tasting whisky from sites that no longer exist. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon American oak and ex-Sherry European oak casks and bottled at 40% ABV after chill-filtration, the blend threads Cardhu's honeyed Speyside sweetness against Caol Ila's clean maritime peat and Clynelish's waxy Highland depth. The Tom Dixon Capsule Series wraps this liquid in a sculptural copper-finished collector's vessel designed by the British industrial designer — a deliberate collision of Scotch heritage craft with contemporary object design that no standard Blue Label release attempts.
