Smirnoff Vodka (700 ml)
฿699
Smirnoff No. 21 traces its lineage to Pyotr Arsenievich Smirnov, who established his Moscow distillery in 1864 and held a warrant as purveyor to the Imperial Russian Court — a commercial credential that shaped the brand's global trajectory after the recipe was carried out of Russia following the 1917 revolution.
Produced today from grain neutral spirit, the vodka undergoes triple distillation followed by ten-stage charcoal filtration, a process designed to strip congeners and deliver a clean, neutral profile. Bottled at 40% ABV without chill-filtration additives beyond the filtration process itself.
What distinguishes No. 21 within the mass-market vodka category is the documented ten-step filtration regime — more passes than most competitors at this price tier — which accounts for its characteristically dry, near-flavorless finish that made it the default base spirit for the 20th-century cocktail industry.
A consistent, non-vintage expression; no meaningful bottle variation is expected across production batches.
