This Bärwurz is a limited special edition of 2,999 Bottles worldwide (Thailand: 58 Bottles). The “Bärwurz roots” for this liqueur has been send to the stratosphere and backed to earth for distilled this special Spacewurz spirit for the 21st century. Made from the roots of the “Bärwurz”-plant it’s a must have for all the real earthy taste lovers. After a rather long period 5 years of growing, the “Bärwurz roots” are harvested, copped and stepped in pure alcohol for 1 week. This relatively short period is by far enough, given the intense taste of the roots. This process, called “maceration”, derives the root of its essential oils, as well as its flavor and color, in a sparing way. After that, we only add spring water and pure alcohol to reduce the strong flavor of the distillate to a drinkable and enjoyable intensity. With its unique and self-willed taste, it’s a perfect cordial after heavy foods or just a good partner at your friends hang out late night.
