The gin is produced using copper pot still distillation with a botanical bill anchored by juniper alongside nine supporting botanicals including coriander seed, angelica root, and citrus peel. The spirit is bottled at 41% ABV, a strength that preserves botanical definition without aggressive alcohol burn. The distillery's approach emphasises traditional London Dry classification—all botanicals are distilled rather than steeped post-distillation, ensuring integration rather than surface flavour.
