Gin Small Batch Distilled (700 ml)

Described as the “Spirit of the Italian Riviera”, O’ndina Gin is distilled using spring water from the Alps and nineteen botanicals, including juniper from the Apennine Mountains, Grande Verde di Genova basil from Liguria, lemons and oranges from Southern Italy, orris root from Tuscany, liquorice from Calabria, and sage, marjoram, thyme and fennel from Piemonte and its neighbours.

On the nose juniper blends with green herbs, citrus and spice effortlessly. It’s a seductive aroma, subtle yet flirty, with images of Italy planted firmly in mind prior to the first sip.

To taste oily juniper takes control, with basil and a beautiful bouquet of Italian herbs making themselves known. Orange, lemon and pepper provide balance. To finish, the citrus and spice begin subside to leave you with fresh basil in all its glory. Surprisingly, the gin is actually quite creamy in texture, which only adds to the charm.
