Produced only 10 000 liters a year, Engenho da Vertente is undeniably the best cachaç a in the region of São Paulo. For this, it is distilled in copper stills from canes growing on the property.Finally it is completely unfiltered before bottling to preserve the character .

The Eau- de-vie unfiltered cane has an oily texture and an incredible richness rarely found in other Cachaça.
