Wayan is the Baladin interpretation of the traditional Belgian "saison beers": based on a heady mix of 5 cereals and 9 spices including 5 different peppers and bergamot.

Gold in colour with orange tints, slightly cloudy to the eye and fruity and flowery to the nose: citrus blossom, bergamot pears, conjuring up deep images of sunny countrysides. On the palate, the balance between aroma and carbonation makes for a pleasantly appetising drink, lightly spiced, with a complexly bitter aftertaste that soon calls for another sip. Alcohol 5.8% vol.

An elegant and alluring beer, offering an original accompaniment to shellfish and fish dishes, but also ready and willing for white meats or fresh cheeses.
