Produced by GranMonte Vineyard and Winery, the “Midnight Harvest” concept reflects a key adaptation to Thailand’s climate—grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and aromatics.

This blend of Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne is inspired by the Northern Rhône, but reinterpreted in Khao Yai’s high-elevation vineyards. Viognier contributes floral intensity and ripe fruit, Marsanne adds body and richness, while Roussanne brings structure and a subtle herbal lift. The result is a wine that feels fuller and more textured than typical warm-climate whites, yet still balanced and food-friendly.
