Bright light gold. Elegant nose on the fruits of the orchard, notes of citrus, lemon, almond scent, notes of white flowers, mineral notes affirmed from this first vintage of terroir. On the palate soft, dense and suave matter, powerful and intense wine in the middle of the mouth with a mineral frame and a vivifying acidity. Saline finish that stretches on bitters, especially pink grapefruit. A wine that perfectly reflects the Gneiss terroir from which it comes. To enjoy quietly over the next 3 or 4 years.
