Collio Broy DOC

Eugenio Collavini's Collio Broy is a carefully balanced white blend anchored by Friulano (50%), with supporting Chardonnay (30%) and Sauvignon Blanc (20%). This composition yields a medium-bodied wine with pronounced medium-high acidity and a clean, mineral-driven profile characteristic of the Collio terroir.

On the nose and palate, citrus zest and green apple dominate, complemented by subtle stone-fruit notes and herbaceous undertones from the Sauvignon component. A mineral backbone and whisper of tropical character add complexity without overwhelming the wine's refreshing, food-friendly nature. The finish is crisp and dry, making this an ideal aperitif or pairing wine for seafood, salads, and lighter Mediterranean fare.
