Origin :
Traditionally Mas Rabell wine was produced exclusively for the Torres family's private restaurant, housed in a historical medieval farmhouse lying in the midst of the vineyards.
Tasting Notes :
Beautiful pale gold colour. Fine notes of fruit (apple) with delicate notes of wild herbs (fennel). The palate is silky with a dry elegance.
Serving suggestions :
The ideal accompaniment for typical Mediterranean seafood dishes: shellfish, rice dishes and fish, as well as pasta dishes. Serve slightly chilled (around 10ºC).
