Luc Belaire Rare Gold is a Champagne-blend sparkling wine from Provence's Les Baux-de-Provence region, built on a foundation of 95% Chardonnay with 5% Pinot Noir. The wine displays the hallmark characteristics of quality sparkling: fine bubbles, bright acidity, and a layered aromatic profile. On the nose, green apple and citrus zest lead, followed by brioche and honey notes from the winemaking process. The palate is crisp and mineral-driven, with stone fruit and subtle floral undertones.
