On The Rocks Limoux Doux AOC

Sieur d'Arques' On The Rocks Limoux Doux is a single-varietal Mauzac sparkling wine from the historic Limoux region, France's oldest sparkling wine appellation. The wine displays a light body with vibrant acidity, characteristic of the cool-climate terroir and traditional méthode ancestrale production style.

On the nose and palate, crisp green apple and citrus zest dominate, supported by subtle pear and brioche notes from the winemaking process. The fine bubbles and dry finish make this an excellent aperitif, equally at home with oysters, fresh cheese, or as a palate cleanser between courses.
