Villa Conchi Brut Seleccion is a traditional-method sparkling wine from Catalunya, blending indigenous Spanish varieties—Xarel·lo, Parellada, and Macabeo—with Chardonnay for structure and complexity. The wine opens with bright green apple and citrus zest, followed by toasted brioche and subtle almond notes from extended aging on lees. A mineral backbone and fine, persistent bubbles define the palate, finishing dry and refreshing. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with oysters, seafood, and soft cheeses.
