Syrah adapts well to Khao Yai’s warm climate, developing ripe fruit while retaining spice and freshness at higher elevations. Fermented with native yeasts and minimal additives, this wine highlights a more raw, lifted, and transparent expression of Syrah—less about weight, more about energy and drinkability.
