Pietradolce's Contrada Santo Spirito is a single-varietal expression of Nerello Mascalese from the volcanic terroirs of Mount Etna. The 2019 vintage captures the essence of high-altitude Sicilian viticulture: a wine of medium-full body with vibrant acidity and refined tannin structure. On the nose, red cherry and black pepper lead, followed by dried herb and a distinctive volcanic minerality that speaks to the wine's origin on Etna's ash-rich slopes.
