The wine displays a generous core of black cherry and dark plum, underpinned by subtle cassis and a mineral earthiness characteristic of the region's distinctive gravel soils. Soft, integrated tannins and a herbaceous secondary layer—typical of Cabernet Franc—create a wine that is both approachable and food-friendly, with enough structure to age gracefully.
