Chateau de L'Hospital AOC Graves Rouge (Organic)

Complex cuvée made up primarily of Merlot with minor amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. The nose is seductive of roasted cocoa and mocha, as well as capsicum, blueberry juice, and rosehip. Delicate sweetness on the palate, textured with fine-grained tannin, and with good length.
