Shiraz

This wine is deep red color. A combination of the fruit aromas of plum and blackberry with spice, pepper and cinnamon which then follows through onto the palate. This is a well-rounded and fruity wine featuring the rich flavours of ripe plum, blackberry jam and spices. This is balanced with vanilla and caramel flavours to result in a wine with good depth and intensity of flavour.
