Château Caruel represents the approachable side of Bordeaux winemaking from the Côtes de Bourg appellation. This Cabernet Franc–led blend combines ripe blackcurrant and dark plum with subtle cedar and black pepper notes, delivering a well-structured wine with medium-full body and moderate tannin. The balance between primary fruit and secondary oak complexity makes it an ideal companion to grilled meats, braised beef, and herb-forward dishes. Drink now or cellar for 3–5 years for additional complexity.
